All of you must rewrite one of the exam questions you have just doen and make sure you improve your mark
Anyone with outstanding yr 10 coursework must also get this complete:
Death and Dying
a) What are Christian beliefs about death and what happens after it? (24 marks)
There are lots of different things you could write for this - if you get stuck or are unsure come and find me.
b) How do these beliefs affect what a Christian does in their life? (21 marks) - The important word here is “does” - how do beliefs about what happens when you die, affect what a Christian does in their lives? - you need to explain and you could refer to famous Christians who have done good things.
c) “We should forget about what happens next and just enjoy our lives” Do you agree? Show you have thought of more than one point of view and refer to Christianity in your answer - you should also explain the reasons for both your and others beliefs (15 marks)

For those of you who still have to finish off your course work, here are both sets of questions - just in case you have lost them! Don’t forget the final hand-in day is Monday 25th of February - if I don’t receive it then, you are in real danger of being entered for the short-course exam rather than the full course!!
War and Peace
a) What are Christian teachings about war and peace (24 marks)
For this question you need to look at the ideas of holy war, Just War, and pacifism
b) How would these beliefs affect the actions of a believer? (21 marks)
For this question you should look at each of the 3 different beliefs you wrote about for part A and show how believing these things would afffect what a Christian would do in time of war.
c) “Killing is wrong; war is killing therefore war is wrong.” Do you agree? Show you have thought of more than one point of view and refer to Christianity in your answer - you should also explain the reasons for both your and others beliefs (15 marks)
